What is this and how do i remove it

Looks like a caps lock overlay from some keyboard utility Lenovo has installed. Does pressing the caps lock key change it at all? Honestly, I haven't seen that before, but it's location and color would indicate a Lenovo utility display from what I remember of my previous Thinkpad.
