Just open the app store and start typing what you want.
Install the app weather it be solitaire minesweeper and so on, once downloaded it will shown in your start menu.
sign in or not up to you but if you do decide to sign in with your X-Box live I.D you will get set daily challenges within the games.
IMO that ads to the experience of these revamped classic games as you build towards a reward.
