survey question: does your motherboard support Secure Boot?

    If you used the WPT to take a boot trace, the .ETL file can be analyzed to see what's happening. However, you'll have to zip or rar it up and put it on a file sharing site for someone to look at it.

    Oh, and it boots pretty fast for its age, and a spinning disk. The reboot script took 76 seconds.
