Yep. You can do it the same way as win7.

I don't know if there is a tutorial - I just assumed everyone would try it and find out.

It is particularly useful on win8 as there isn't any decent method provided for navigating about when on the desktop.

If you simply open Control Panel and put a in the search you get God Mode
