Try this.

1. Open RegEdit
2. Go to
Code: 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Setup/OOBE/MediaBootInstall
3. Add/Replace Value of DWORD (32-bit) value to 0
4. Open CMD as Administrator
5. Type slmgr /rearm
6. Restart PC
7.Try your product key again.

if wont work

8. Open CMD as Administrator
9. Type slmgr /ipk (ENTER YOUR PRODUCT KEY) then type slmgr /ato

As you are using Company software have a word with the Company IT Administrator.

Seems that you are using Enterprise, so you must have some relation to someone in a Company? Talk to your IT Admin. Or, if you just downloaded it, then you need to buy Genuine Windows and activate it with your product key you get.
