A little help

I installed on my computer and Windows 8 pro
I can not open any other tile except from the desktop, not the calendar, not the store, nothing, just the desktop
Can anyone help me solve this problem?

What does it do when you try to open any of the Store (metro) apps? Any error messages?

Do you have UAC set to the default level and not the "Always Notify" top level?

Is your account a local or Microsoft account type?

Thank you for the reference to my problem, I'm using a Microsoft account,
What happens is: I click on a tile, the tile has animated shows and thats it, back to the Start menu, no error message or anything

I had that problem once, but the only thing that I found to help was to reset Windows 8.
