You will probably have to contact the game manufacturer, explain the situation to them, and ask them what the 16 bit component is and if there is a way to install the game without it.

The one think that I can suggest is to look at the installer and see if you can extract the components so that you can try and run them individually. I've had luck with some programs opening the installer in lzarc. In these cases the installer is really a pseudo-archive file containing individual components including one or more setup files. I've been able to extract the individual components from the installer using lzarc and then run the main setup file without all the other included garbage. However, I'd say that this only works about a quarter of the time. In most cases, the install file is not a pseudo-archive and I can't find a way to get at the individual components.

Yes, if my file extraction suggestion for the install file doesn't work and you're not able to isolate the individual components in order to see which one is 16 bit and if you can install and run the program without that component, then you're only option is to contact the distributor/manufacturer (I assume that's Gameloft) of the program and see if they can provide you with a version that does not include a 16 bit component.

Edit - I just did an online search and found a report from 2009 that this game would not run in a 64 bit operating system. The report states that the incompatibility is a driver issue. Unfortunately, I don't think that the solution that worked back then, install the program and then update the responsible driver (presumably this replaces the driver with a 32 bit version) before attempting to run the program will work any more since the operating system no longer allows the initial installation of programs that contain any incompatible 16-bit components.

    Yup

However, you may be able to get it to run ok by running XP in Virtual Box...
