Second Life flashing and support saying VRAM too low

i have the program Second Life as it's like i run into a flashing issue and i've had support tell me on JIRA Second Life that my VRAM is too low how do i fix this issue

What do you mean flashing issue? I don't understand what you are trying to get at with this.

Second Life requires a fair amount of VRAM for its graphic performance. If you have a card with limited VRAM, your best bet would be to upgrade the card. Otherwise it may be a cache issue. Look around in the settings to see if there is an option to clear the cache. Also, reduce the graphics settings of the application and see if that resolves it.

well it's like a sort of fast flash that prevents me from accessing my inventory in game.i have cleared the game cache and other files that may have slowed it down but i have most of my PC drivers updated and current but i am not sure where to look
