MW2 and vid graphics help

for some reason when i play mw2 i get weired graphics and i get the same in other games. ihad windows 8 installed andt thats were my problem began and then i put it back to windows 7 (Official copy) and i keep having the same problem g62 notebook xh078ua and i installed the video drivers with castlist today here is the problem http://i1118.photobucket.com/albums/k613/samgabbay/2012-06-04_00001.jpg (in this pic you can see that there is a black part covering the scope for a random reason) http://i1118.photobucket.com/albums/k613/samgabbay/2012-06-04_00003.jpg (in this pic u can see that a part of the pistol is missing) http://i1118.photobucket.com/albums/k613/samgabbay/2012-06-04_00004.jpg (here you can see a part thats missing on the side) in other games some of the walls for example are like cut in half exept of being fully filled pleasseee heeeeeeelllllllpppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp
