    i wonder if anybody could help me im useing windows 8.1 with google chrome the problem i have is i can not zoom out more than 25% i want to zoom out further so i can see more of a games page i have tried a differnet browser but that doesnt seem to work either so is it not possible or do you need different software to do this i can use ctrl and +- it moves upto 500% but will go no lower than 25% surely there must be away. if different software could you recommend any please thanks in advance .

    If you're up for a little tweaking in chrome, you can modify its behavior to show more zoom options: How to set a custom page zoom value in Google Chrome | Fluxbytes

    Or, if you want there is an extension which allows you to zoom from 1% to 400%:

    Have you tried the "Win key" plus "+" key to zoom out (and Win key plus "-" key to zoom in). It zooms to 200% (and allows for adjustment).
