    Snowman, it might not be that bad. You can get Windows Media Center for free on the 8 Preview, and they tell how to do it somewhere on this forum. But I'm not impressed with it. The free Solitaire games on the web are often better than the ones that came with Windows.

    MS hasn't announced the price for Win 8 yet. They are under pressure because Apple lowered the price of their OS and Android is free (They're making big money selling aps).

I am completely new to Windows 8 since I installed it today, and when I went into the X-Box games app, I couldn´t see any of my purchased games from GFWL, what gives? It would only seem logical or doesn´t it?

I installed Windows 8 64-bit. I don't see any games installed. In control panel, under Programs & Features then under Turn Windows Features on or off I don't see any games. then, from the title screen I do a "type search" for chess and it finds nothing. What gives? I can only hope they...
