All it says is Entry Point Not Found and some other stuff, I click OK and afterwards get Prgramme Compatibility Assistant telling me it might not run properly. I then get Setup. Now telling me Comonent SWFLASH.OCX not correctly registrered.
This is a second hand game but looks brand new. Can anyone help me?

Best bet is if you have old 98 or XP disc is create a virtual machine. Some old games people have created installers that are compatible with 7 and 8. A search will tell you if there is one.

EDIT: One thing to try, right click on the installer exe file and set the compatibility to 98 or XP. Sometimes get lucky.

I don't know how to do that, I'm not good with computers. I know someone on here installed it but couldn't play and they had Windows 7. I have tried to download the game somewhere but it wasn't safe. Can I download it from somewhere?

Masters Of Olympus Zeus. I've played The Sims 1 on here so I don't know why I can't play this game.

Well, other than the suggestions I already provided GOG (Good Old Games) sells a version that is supposed to be compatible: Zeus + Poseidon (Acropolis) â

My solution to this problem was to dual boot with windows XP. That allows me to reboot, and switch to XP, where I can play all of my older games. BIG note here! If you do this, have someone who is experienced work this magic, because getting the system set to dual boot after installing XP along side windows 8/8.1 is a chore.

1. Install XP on a different partition, or different folder (NOT C:\Windows or D:\Windows!) C is actually the windows 8 reserved partition, which is tiny. D is most likely going to be the windows 8 drive. If installing in the same partition, use a different folder name for windows.
2. After XP is installed and working, insert your windows 8 disc, and use startup repair to allow windows 8 to boot
3. Once in windows 8, use BCDEDIT from an admin command line to manually add windows XP to the boot menu.

If you do not have a windows 8/8.1 install CD/DVD you will need to have on handy BEFORE you try this.
