How To Access Windows Media Player From XboxOne

I am trying to figure out how to connect my XboxOne to Windows Media Player on my Windows 8.1 PC so that I can access its media my Xbox.
The email address which is located under "My PC" and "Network Locations doesn't match the email in which I use to sign into the PC. Is this my problem? If so, how do I get the emails to coincide? Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

Along with all the other things, that don't seem to work in the Windows 8.1 beta, I noticed that the Media Player is also missing, while they did only say Windows 8.1 Pro with Media Center Beta. Are they planning on totally removing Media Player also?
