Possible solution

hey there, sorry if the reply is late but you might read it anyway, possible problems are energy saving software on your laptop and indexing on the drive, so try these steps and see if it works :

1.turn off any energy saving software by Sony installed on your laptop, for example Lenovo laptops come with a "hard drive power saver", it used to make my games lag exactly as you said, when i turned it off it became super smooth
2.turn on indexing by right clicking the drive "d:" for example, then at the bottom uncheck "allow files to be indexed ...etc", this also affects gameplay.

i assume ofcourse that you have updated all your laptop and NVIDIA drivers, i hope this helps.

I think you just need to upgrade your RAM to 8GB (2x 4GB). Those games slow down because your memory usage is very high. League of Legends alone takes a lot of ram usage and 4GB Single channel isn't enough.
Dual Channel > Single Channel. Make sure both ram sticks have the same specs.

You are trying to play a Call of Duty game with an integrated card, and LoL with an integrated video card?

Besides the memory you should also consider updating to a graphics card if possible. Even though it sort of sounds like this is a laptop so you may not be able to do that many updates.

Give this man a medal for the power saver solution , all my games were dropping in FPS, I chose "ballanced" in my Vaio's power plan and now they run as smoothly as ever with 100+ FPS. I love you man thanks!:D
