Polling rate question

Hello,

Just wanna ask a question out of curiosity, does high amount of polling rate makes game to lag or freeze when moving the mouse? I just notice this when I bought and use my Razer DeathAdder mouse at 1000hz. Before this my mouse only has a 125hz polling rate and no lag like this before. I'm playing CSGO. I use 1000hz polling rate, 400dpi and 6 in-game sens. Sometimes when I move the mouse to right/left, the game screen freeze for a bit then only it moves to my directed location. This is not a big issue but I just wonder if it is because of high polling rate.
