Screen Record Software (Expression Studio 4) Experience???

Does anyone have any knowledge or experience using Express Studio screen record? every time I try and capture FULL screen it crashes on me!

Can anyone help me out here?

Had to go to the expression's website and download

Expression Encoder Screen Capture 4 SP2

no issues anymore
