Solved Cannot Play in LAN Counter Strike 1.6

Hello, I have Toshiba Laptop c855-12N with integrated Intel HD Graphics card and I run on Windows 8.1
I Installed counter strike 1.6 but I cannot play in LAN with my friends they also are runnning on win 8.1 OS but I dont know why I have this problem.. Can you help me please?? This problem is freaking me out

btw I use the same Counter Strike 1.6 setup file as the friends one.But I cant get why I cant play any game in LAN,i tried Asphalt 8 but it doesnt worked too.

You will have to be a little bit more specific I am afraid I cannot fully understand your problem, maybe a screenshot of your error.

Although back from my CS problems if this is a graphics problem with frame rate:
Turn off Vsync in your intel graphics chips options.
also in the cs 1.6 console run fps_max 100

If you are saying it is a network issues either add the counter strike executable to the allowed application in your firewall or temporally disable ad see if it works and then add the rule correctly and enable your antivirus again.

Hello again, about the graphic issue (opengl issue) I have worked it out using driver genius and I updated my Graphic driver now its working perfectly..

Second regarding to my problem with LAN I tried with turning firewall off,Adding exception to firewall for cs 1.6 but not working.
I found a solution about this using Hamachi server and for now its working like it should so for Now the problem is solved and I will mark this topic as Solved..
