Windows 8.1 mouse acceleration!!!

I updated to 8.1 and now i am feeling big mouse acceleration!!! i have disabled the smooth mouse thing in windows and i have tried markc mousefix but it still doesn't help! and i have also disabled mouse acceleration in my mouse driver settings! my mouse is ss kinzu. I can't play with it, i am feeling acceleration in every game

Please help!
