Which Is Better Microsoft Xbox One Or Sony PS4 ?

MY advice is really just look at the games. Like waltc said a PC is overall the best option if you can handle it and xbone and ps4 are pc's anyway. Look at the exclusives since they're really the biggest difference between the consoles. If you like MS exclusives get an Xbone, if you like Sony exclusives get a PS4,if you like Nintendo exclusives get a WiiU.If you don't really bother with exclusives then PC is definitely the way to go although some Xbone games might get ported to Pc and kinect works on PC as well. For a gaming console look at the games. As an entertainment hubs though pc still wins unless you live in America and like the sports stuff that MS is doing.

Well, my circa 2006 Xbox360 is still providing some really satisfying gaming for me. I too have a PC that I can game from, but it's got a video card which cost more than my 360 all by itself.

I honestly just prefer simplicity of console gaming. Never have to worry about system requirements, new drivers, etc. Just buy the game, drop it in and it works.

First console launch I'm not at all excited about, even thinking about cancelling my PS4 pre-order.

Only draw back with ps4 is not backwards compatible, that and most new releases on it you can get on ps3, which i can play my ps2 games on
Xbox never struck me and frankly i play more pc than any.

All those gamers with ps3's are surely gunna be p****d. (or maybe the're parents wallets)

With all the hardware available for a good pc build if you have the cash, is worth it in my opinion.
Leave room to upgrade it and will still have plenty of life left in it

    I ain't buying a ps4 or xbone, i'll stick to my PC

I think Sony have plans for a streaming gaming service to the PS4 (can't remember the name for it) to allow you to play old games. No doubt this will come at yet another extra cost subscription service as I doubt it will be included in the PS+ subscription or you can probably buy your games individually yet again.

I also heard that the PS4 will not be able to read MP3 files, but you can purchase an extra subscription to Sonys streaming music service... again like on the PS3 this is not included in PS+ and you have to pay extra.

Apparently they have also done away with media streaming with the PS4, so no streaming music, pictures and videos from your home server or PC, but you can purchase videos from the PS store or buy extra subscriptions for things like Netflix, Love Film etc.... see where all this is going?

I do think PS4 is vastly superior for gaming experience. Couple of the reasons would be that the PS4 is fairly much more powerful than xbone. Second reason would be, because it's Sony. Sony's exclusives are far superior compared to Microsoft's and it will always be that way. And most of Microsoft's "exclusives" end up on the PC too.

So PS4 is a clear winner for me, no doubt about it.

Here's my advice. Sony's business model is weakening daily and they're selling the PS4 either without making a profit or at a loss. They've seen the money making ability of the nickel and dime approach to services, DLC, features, and what have you. Anything that's no included at launch will cost you in subscription fees and other charges. I would even venture to say that without renewing your sub(s), you'll end up losing whatever you've acquired along the way. You may seriously want to give your purchase of either console a good 6 month wait and then educate yourself on what both are offering and exactly what you're getting yourself in to.

Well done SONY!!! Maybe that will help show these mega corps that users value their liberty. Will MS take that on board for their operating systems? Only if there is a viable alternative which does not seek to control and manipulate the users. It might be coming. $399 Playstation4...
