Inactive full-screen window on separate monitor

This is my first post here, so just let me know if this belongs somewhere else.

What I want is to have a separate monitor displaying Diablo 3 while I do other things on my primary screen. So the program should not minimize when I select another window. Is that possible or would that require Diablo 3 to allow that?

Yes and Yes...Yes it's possible, but you would need some 3rd party software that can do this. Yes...it depends on the games settings which would allow/prevent this.
