Metro interface games crash.

All applications metro interface works without problems, but all games fruit ninja style, jatpack joyride did not work. Game shows, and after a few seconds the game closes. And the computer returns to the Start menu.
What could be the problem ?
I was looking online and could not find an answer.

I'm having similar problems with some metro apps.

As far as I can deduce from my attempt to figure things it, it has to do with authentication with the Microsoft servers. I was using Xbox Music and it would dump me back to the start screen. However, it was rock solid with local content.

if you go to Xbox LIVE Service Status - Xbox.com you'll see problems with Microsoft accounts currently. I think it's just not used to having so many new users now that Windows 8 is out.

This seems like a problem that will eventually be solved as they ramp up their servers.

I have no problem as I see the link you gave.
Another thing after testing a few games I noticed that only games halfbrick not working for example as fruit ninja and jetpack joyride.
Probably need to contact them.

Hi, I'm having the same issue, I'd just like to add some facts from my perspective. Both Halfbrick games were working OK, I was playing them already on Consumer preview of Win8 if I remember right. Then I upgraded my laptop to full Win8 and I'm sure I played Jetpack joyride and it was OK, then from some moment I couldn't make it run anymore, don't know what happened. After some time I bought myself the Surface RT and guess what was the only app that kept on crashing right after start, yup, Jetpack Joyride. I tried reinstalling, deleting from account info on the web and nothing helped, then I tried to create local account and in the store I signed with my original Microsoft Account so I could download apps, I downloaded Jetpack Joyride and it worked just fine, even synced my progress and achievements. But the moment I switch to Microsoft account it keeps crashing again. Any ideas?
