I've had this problem for quite some time but now it has got a lot worse.
I don't know what drivers I should check. I have clicked on 'update driver software' but it says it has the latest driver.
I'm sure I've read that there is a problem with usb 3.0 and Intel?
How do I know if I have the latest Intel driver?
I have uninstalled the driver for the harddrive, restarted the laptop but it's still the same.
