Transferring Windows to a new build

I will be upgrading my motherboard processors and memory soon but before I did so I want to make sure that I can easily transfer my boot drive over. Some components will remain the same, while others are replaced. The following list shows which components will be replaced and/or upgraded. The item on the left is the current item while the item on the right is the replacement. I want to make sure the transfer of my boot drive will go smoothly following the rebuild. My Windows installation is not the system builder version nor is it installed in UEFI mode. My biggest concern is the driver for the RAID controller. I'm not sure how to install the driver for the new RAID controller while removing the old one.
Components to replace:
Motherboard: Asus Z9PA-D8 > Supermicro X10DAC
Two Processors: Intel Xeon E5-2695v2 > Intel Xeon E5-2695v3
Memory: 64 GB(4 x 16 GB) ECC DDR3 1866 MHz > 64 GB(1 x 64 GB) ECC DDR4 2133 MHz
RAID Controller: LSI 2008 6 Gb/s > LSI 3008 12 Gb/s

Components to transfer:
Two CPU Coolers: Corsair Hydro Series H75
Case: Corsair 900D
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R9 390X
TV Tuner: WinTV 1800
Wireless Card: Asus PCE-AC88
