Hello - I have a client that keeps getting this error for her HP AIO, I have tried everything on the HP forums (which is not much) to resolve this. Complete uninstall, latest software re-install, install successful. Printer works fine but as soon as you try the scanner - errors. HP doctor says driver is bad but it is the latest one available. Tried HPScanExt, did not work. Client even bought a new HP AIO, installed fine until scanning - same error. It is Windows 8.1 with latest updates, system scanned for virus and malware - clean. Tried WiFi and USB connections to the printer - same results. Any help would be appreciated!
