Bluetooth stopped working at some point

So the Bluetooth portion of my AR5BMD222 chip stopped working at some point in time between the beginning of the year and now (I rarely use Bluetooth so I just noticed). Device Manager recognizes it, but shows it as a disabled device which can't be re-enabled. Wifi, which is on the same chip, still works.

Any ideas?

You may try to uninstall and re-install the drivers for your Bluetooth device and then check for the issue. If the issue still persists, you may check for an updated driver from the manufacturer and install the latest version.

It's possible that Windows Update installed a newer driver that doesn't work with your AR5BMD222 chip. As LPhoeliu said, try going to the mfr's website and downloading their latest driver. In the future, don't let Windows Update install driver updates.
