Hey everyone.
My laptop sometimes automatically goes to sleep(very fast sleep). It happens very randomly, and I have checked the all the "sleep" options in the power management menu. When it goes to sleep, I can wake it up again by pressing the power button, but then it again goes to sleep in a few minutes(within 5-10 minutes). So, I again wake it up, and it again goes back to sleep within the same time. This continues to happen until I remove the USB hub from my port.
So, when I remove the USB hub, I can wake it up again by pressing the power button. Then the issue is gone. Now I can connect the USB hub again, and everything works fine, but the issue comes back again the next day. I can again remove the USB hub to fix things, but it has become an annoyance to do it every day. So I am looking forward to a permanent solution.
Some additional information(please let me know if I need to provide anything else)-
About the USB hub that's connected to my laptop:- I have connected an external keyboard, and an external mouse to it.
My laptop specs-Asus K450JN, Win 8.1 64 bit ,1 TB HDD, i7 4710HQ, 2.5 GHZ(quad core), 8GB ram, Nvidea 840m, Intel HD 4600Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
