So I finished letting windows update install a-hundred-and-some-odd updates and it prompted me to restart my laptop.
When I did so,it gave me this(the others are where they are supposed to be):
I tried to open it and it gave me this:
when clicking on continue(I have admin perms) it gave me this:
I clicked on the security tab link and it gave me this:
which as you can see does not have a security tab.
I checked disk management to see if it was a new partition, but it was not.
I checked network/shared folders and it is not being shared.
I tried opening/installing local group policy to try and force gain permission to open it,but as i have 8.1 core, i just kept on hitting error messages.
Then I gave up, made an account here and am now asking for help.
Windows update made a drive out of thin air.
How can you open this, then remove it,then prevent it ever happening again?
