Solved dvd drive lost

hello everyone.

i have an issue,that is my cd rom drive has vanished,when i should use it yesterday it was simply gone from my computer,i do not have a clue what to do,please help:(

Check the Device Manager and report the error code.
If it is code 19, for example, that is the upper and lower filters in the registry that must be removed.
