Hi!
I recently fully upgraded windows, now that the win10 crap was removed. But MTP ceased functioning. I always get the mtp upgrade in windows update, to no avail. If I have my phone connected it fails to install. If I disconnect it it shows that the update was successfully installed, even though nothing changed and the my phones still shows up as unknown hardware.
Trying to refresh or install from the device manager also fails. Something about about service section being invalid. According to microsoft this is the error message in english:"A service installation section in this INF is invalid" Same thing if I want to install the inf windows update downloaded manually.
I ran out of ideas...
