Help me restore my Venue 8 5830 with no partitions!

The tablet currently doesn't have any partitions, because I deleted it with diskpart. Not sure if I should have done that, but before I deleted them, When I tried using the Win8.1 as well as Win10 Install Images for reinstall, neither of them detected storage when it got to the "(I)nstall" screen. I kept messing with it thinking it was the drivers not injecting into the Win Images. Then I realized that the disk had Bitlocker and I deleted the Partitions. I was going to recreate the partitions but diskpart thinks its a "removable disk" and doesn't allow me to perform certain operations. So...

At this time, I basically have a disk with no partitions on it, what is the best way to get the tablet back to a state where I can perform the Windows install where it would recognize the storage?

Would one option be to get the "Factory Backup Image" from somewhere and would that recreate all the partitions for me, as well as perform the Win8.1 reinstall? If so, if I were to purchase a used 5830, can I make a "Factory Backup Image" from that one and use that to restore my current one?

At this point, I don't care whether it's Win8.1 or Win10, I just want to get this working again, and then I can go from there! Thanks!

As you can see in the images, the EMMC disk is considered "Removable Media", which probably is why Windows Setup won't show as disk drive in the first image. So I think the solution has to be something to do with making the Volumes appear as fixed disks.

Boot from the windows x86 setup media USB - and when you get to the install screen
press SHIFT+F10 to bring up a command prompt

    diskpart
    select disk 0
    clean
    convert gpt

close the command prompt windows and continue to run windows setup..

Note: that is a touch tablet, and you will have to add a USB hub in order to run setup and have an input device

Going back to my post #2, I think it's because of the fact that Win Setup sees the EMMC as a "SD Card" and a "Removable Media", then it won't allow you to install Win OS on it.

I don't think its possible now that I've wiped and formatted and recreated it many times already.

    and a 260 MB Volume / Partition

    detail disk

Yes, the 14GB is my USB Flashdrive where I booted Window Installation CD. The disk 0 is the 64gb EMMC. The 260mb partition is when I recreated a EFI partition by doing:

    diskpart
    select disk 0
    clean
    create partition efi size=260
    format quick fs=fat32 label="System"

I STILL think the problem is with Windows Setup, not being able to install to Removable Disk. From the factory, I'm sure Windows was installed on a Hard drive, then cloned to all these tablets. I wonder if the Dell Recovery USB does the same thing. I just need to obtain a copy of it to test.

With All due respect, I've already tried this like 20 times. I've already did the convert gpt. It won't work on a removable media. Please see the error.

Well with all do respect - I have the same Tablet....

And NON-EMPTY means the drive contains information...

And you are showing Windows Setup with the Command Prompt windows over it..

And you have failed to follow along with the advice given..
