Unable to chnage from dynamic to basic

I want to change volume H ,cant change it to basic

The terms "Basic" and "Dynamic" refer to the entire physical disk, not individual partitions. To convert to a Basic disk without destroying all volumes you would need to use a third party utility. You would be well advised to have a backup of everything on the disk before proceeding.

Back up all volumes on the disk first if you want to convert from dynamic to basic and then you can use partition master to complete this.
