CD\DVD or usb option missing in BIOS setting

Hi
I am using Lenovo B40-30 laptop with Preinstalled windows 8.1 pro. but i wont to install windows 7 on it when i enter on Insydeh20 BIOS Utility setup there were two option like UEFI and legacy mode but both does not have CD\DVD or usb option to boot from.

My bios and drivers are all up to date.

Please help me guyz

My computer's UEFI/BIOS combo will not add a usb or cd\dvd option into the boot menu until I place a usb boot stick into any usb port, and/or any cd\dvd boot into the internal cd\dvd drive [or, into the external cd\dvd drive]. I suspect your UEFI/BIOS combo acts the same way. I think anything that can be read can be inserted into usb port and/or cd-dvd drive to set UEFI/BIOS.
