I have a leveno ideacentre and the screen is busted so it thinks it is getting random inputs all over all the time. I use an alternate monitor and just want to use this as a regular pc, not a touch pad
I can manage to get into device manager and 1) disable / uninstall (tried both) HID-compliant devices (9) and HID compliant consumer control devices (2) and the touch bubbles go away. However if I reboot the bubbles come back as the system somehow auto fixes itself.
I'm not sure if its a default program installed or what so whatever suggestions or help you guys can offer would be awesome!
Thanks
