The problem is when I checked in "This PC - Properties", it said "Installed Memory 16GB (1.82GB usable)
Too low right? I can take take screenshot as a proof

Have you already tried having just one memory stick in the computer at a time? What are the results from each one? Have you tried with just one stick in slot 1, then slot 2?
