Kernel_inpage error

i can't use my laptop because the last time i used it, it CRASHES and blue screen of death appears and then displaying the inpage error so it restarted and then when i logged in to my laptop, it display black screen no windows 8 tiles no charm nothing just the cursor so i decided to turn it off after few minutes turn it on again and after i pressed the power button blue screen appears again and it shows memory management error. now i can't use my laptop. i' ve searched the errors and it needs the installation disc to be repaired. so my question is, is the in page error and memory management error can be fixed using the installation media? and may laptop is in windows 8, can i use windows 8.1 installation media to fix it? thanks..

i have new problem, i created a bootable windows then put it in the port and then when i turned on, my the flash drive is working cause of its light indicator but when i open the BIOS it didn't read the flash drive the light indicator is off and since my laptop is samsung it has reset program and i used that but it failed and erased all so theres no more windows and anything. so i guess i need a technician to check it, do you know whats the problem of my laptop?
