I have a USB Borescope. If I plug in into my desktop running the 64 bit version of Windows 8.1 it runs fine (it is like a camera).
If I plug it into my tablet running the 32 bit version of Windows 8.1 I get a popup:
"USB device not recognized".
On the 32 bit, in Device Manager, when I plug it in, under:
Universal Serial Bus controllers
The following appears: "Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)"
On the 64 Bit, in Device Manager, when I plug it in, Under:
Imaging Devices
USB2.0 Camera shows up with.
Driver File Details the driver files ksthunk.sys and usbvideo.sys
Any ideas?
Thanks In Advance
Pete
