Hello JosefBryan!

We would need some more detail on this. :)

What happened prior to this issue? What's the make and model of the drive?

Reseat the HDD in the laptop then power on again, does it still not show detail in BIOS? Does it boot up?

If not, pull your drive out and connect it externally to another system, use a SATA to USB adapter for the purpose. Does the HDD spin? Does it show up in the system, and more specifically Disk Management? Please post screenshots.

If it shows up, make sure you back up your most important data and scan the drive with the manufacturer's tool. Then try resetting your BIOS by removing the CMOS battery of the laptop for 10 seconds, pressing the power button for some 10 more, then putting the battery back on place.

If the drive doesn't show up when externally connected it means it is most likely at fault. :/

Please post back with results and good luck! :)
