3rd Party Drivers and Unknown

I ran Driver View to check my Laptop since I get BSOD because of this driver : rtwlane.sy[FONT=HPSimplified, arial]s[/FONT]

[FONT=HPSimplified, arial]When I ran driver view it showed red highlighted on some of the drivers and unknown on some of them. Driver View log attached

Also in Device Manager the is an other device list when I clicked show hidden devices here is the driver I tried uninstalling it but when I rebooted it came back here is the image:

re-install the Realtec Wireless network Driver from the OEM website

And most likely the other issue is the Realtec Audio driver - again re-install from the OEM website
