Solved Your Pc needs to be repaired error 0x0000225

Hi, I have a unbranded Chinees windows 8.1 tablet, Windows update gave me the choice to upgrade to Windows 10 I excepted the upgrade which got to about 25% and then gave a message "reverting to your old version of Windows". The tablet restarted with a blue screen stating the following, "Recovery, your PC needs to be repaired, a required device is not connected or can't be accessed. Error code 0x0000225. Press the windows key for UEFI firmeware settings. So my problem is the touch screen is not working The windows key is a soft key. I have tried a usb keyboard but that doesn't work, I know there is power to the usb port as I pluged a wifi dongle in and it lite up. There is no reset hole or button on the tablet. Please help.
