Hi,
I have a HP laptop, Win 8.1 and it has built-in Bluetooth 4.0. I ran into an issue where I couldn't remove/unpair a bluetooth device. It seems to be a known problem and I see other people have run into it without having solved the issue.
Anyways, in my attempts to try things, I removed the Bluetooth 4.0 driver from the device manager window. I thought I would just have go and say install driver to fix it. But the Bluetooth adapter doesn't show up anywhere in the device manager. I've tried expanding everything, and couldn't see anything that looks like the bluetooth adapter.
I tried searching for new hardware, but that was in the printers and devices settings windows.
Can someone help direct me on how to get the Bluetooth driver re-installed?
Thanks!
