Post a screen capture of when open action center from Notification area. Sometimes can be way get rid of this message if all working properly.
Although when went into Device manager and saw the correct driver, on Driver tab just try this once, click update driver, select Search Automatically for updated software drivers online, should tell you best driver already installed.

Try right clicking on the problem/solution in action center and choose delete. (View all problems this applies to, at the bottom of your last screenshot.)

I've had those annoy me before even after the solution was installed, if you know it's working then you can remove it to stop the annoyance.

It seems to have gone away now that I followed Derekimo's post. I will check it tomorrow, and see if the problem reappears.
