Printers not showing up

Hi All,

I'm having problem with paring to printers. I have two Bluetooth printers and they are power ON right now. Using Windows 8 "Devices and Printers" then select "Add a printer" then wait until the searching for printer to complete, but I don't see any printer showing up. I have tried many times already. However if I click on the "Add a device" instead of "Add a printers" then it can detect printers and printers show up in the list. Is this a defect for wizard "Add a printer" or Bluetooth specs changing for Windows 8?

thanks.

Yes. I'm able to see Bluetooth symbol in bottom right now corner of the screen. When I click on it to open Bluetooth Settings, I see the checks in both settings: "Alert me when a new Bluetooth device wants to connect" and "Show the Bluetooth icon in the notification area"

When search for none specific Bluetooth devices in this case using "Devices and Printers" then "Add a device", all Bluetooth devices will show up including Bluetooth printers. But if i choose "Devices and Printers" then "Add a printer", no Bluetooth printer shows up.
