The IO operation at logical block address 0x3eb56ed for Disk 0 (PDO name: \Device\00000026) was retried.

Sata1 was where my 160gb hard drive was. And that has had 0 issues. That drive has not given me any issues
Where are you seeing this error, exactly, on screen, event viewer ?

Possible drive is bad or SATA Cable, as had same issue but mine disappeared in explorer when this happened, turned out to be the drive after trying cable change and port change. Try another SATA Cable, as i also received same warnings as you.

Have an extra SATA cable can replace it with ? Already happened once since moving to another port.
Or did you use same cable on same moved drive with the issue ?

I swapped the sata cable from disk 1 to disk0 . And I just had the same issue. Weird how SMART doesn't detect this. Anyway will try and order a new drive soon

If it did it once already, then chances it will again if this truly is the reasons for your issues. As changed ports and cable. Your most welcome, anytime !! Let us know how it goes.
