Ram 1333 mhz and 1.5 v with 1600 mhz and 1.35 v ?

    Ram 1333 mhz and 1.5 v with 1600 mhz and 1.35 v ?


    I bought an additional ram the old one is 1333 MHz ,1.50 V and the new one (Hyundai) is 1600 MHz 1.35 v , they are running together in one laptop ,is that fine ? Wont my laptop crash in the future ( cpu or motherboard) ?

    Look under Memory tab and see what they are actually running at. SPD shows only what they are capable of.

    Looks OK, running at 1333 MHz in dual mode. Samsung RAM is slower than that Hyundai so both defaulted to slower one.

    Ill run memtest86 8 passes and ill tell you the result.
    I used a diagnostic tool come with my dell laptop " epsa pre-boot system assessment" ,
    I did the test and it all passed ok !

    the memtest test passed fine, If I didn't have a problem after 1 day, wont the difference of the voltage be a problem ?
