erase main c drive and OEM recovery partition

hello i have a sony vaio F11(2010 MODEL).i think to shell it .also as i posted a few days ago the oem recovery partition is corrupted and isn't regognised anymore after upgarding to win 8.1 but i do not care to fix it anymore.i have two quetsions:
    1) i want to erase -wipe(i dont know what is the right expression) oem recovery partition to release storage.the recovery partition is unused so it's shame to occupy space.i want a good software to remove-erase-wipe recovery partition.Do you have to propose something?
2)also if i shell laptop i want to erase completely main c drive (with operating system).can you tell me , how and with what program can i do it?

You can delete the OEM recovery partition in Disk Management. Then add the unallocated space to another partition, or just create a blank partition in the free space.
One way to erase everything is to do a clean install. You just delete all partitions during the install and then let Windows create new ones.
Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 ISO - Download or Create
UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows
UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) - Install Windows 8 with
    Clean Install - Windows 8

I already posted the answer to both questions? Disk Management or diskpart should be able to delete the recovery partition and recover the space. Are you going to sell it with a blank drive and no OS installed? Deleting all the partitions on the drive wipes the OS from the drive.

You can use windows built-in tool, disk management to delete the recovery partition. Just click My Computer>Manage>Disk Management to enter this tool. And then right-click the partition you are going to delete and choose Delete Volume. On the other hand, you can use command line to delete partition. just click Start Menu, type diskpart and press Enter. Then input list volume>select volume n (n stands for the volume number listed that you expect to delete)>delete volume>exit. After these operations, the partition will be deleted.
To delete the C:drive, If you have window installation disc, you can boot the disc to format the C:drive. If you don't have, you need to create a bootable media with free software, and then boot the bootable media to delete the C: drive.

If you have the Installation disk and want to install fresh Windows 8.1.
    1. Boot up Windows Installation
    2. On the first welcome screen. Hold SHIFT key+ F10, A command Windows will pop up.
    3. Type: diskpart
    4. Type: list disk
    5. Type: select disk # where # is your C drive
    6. Type: Clean
    7. Type: Exit, Exit
    8. Continue with Windows installation, select Custom then select the unallocated drive.
    9. Click Next and let Windows create needed partitions to install Windows.

You cannot use built in tool to delete those partitions (OEM, Recovery). The options are grayed out.
