the mouse is jumpy and do not select

hi, thank you for your time.

i have a optical mouse (little car) and it do not select a sentence or a line on the brouser
select next word and deselect the previous, jump lines - drive me crazy.
i changed zillion mouse pads - no avail
also when i click and hold to drag, it "double click"

if someone have any clue i'd very much appreciate.

It should be totally better. Most optical mice don't even need a mouse pad these days.

Is this with the Samsung notebook and W8.1 listed in your System Spec?

Did you check the mouse properties from Control Panel to make sure you don't have ClickLock or some other option enabled?

Have you scanned for malware?

it's the shape of it - resemble a car - mine is a porche . . .
