surface rt stuck on surface logo screen
My surface rt (the first one) is stuck on the surface screen. Took it to the windows store and immediately was told that there is nothing they can do. Asked them to try to boot it from usb and reluctantly they took it in the back and then came back after 10 minutes and said that they were not able to boot it from usb. Don't know what they actually did when they took the surface into the back. And of course the surface is about 3 to 4 months out of warranty.
Anyone can provide some help where I can try to download a bootable usb for the surface rt. Thanks
