Greetings all, not sure if this is the right section for this or not. I'm sorry if it's not, pardon me as I am new here. I recently upgraded my hp laptop from Windows 8 to 8.1 which resulted in my losing the aforementioned partitions. Please is there a way I can get them back? I only have the local disc (C: ) Partition and the drive one now. I wonder if reflashing the windows 8 can help me get them back? Thanks in advance!

I am pretty sure the partitions are still there, just hidden from windows..

right click the start flag > select "command prompt(admin)"
type> diskpart
type> select disk 0
type>list partition

that will show the partitions on the disk..
Or you can right click start flag and select "disk management" to see the disk partitions..

The partitions you listed as missing are usually hidden and not visible under windows, unless you assign a drive letter to them
