Hello,
Should I delete this partition (see screenshot)and extend C: drive? It seem it was the recovery partition by OEM, but it should be no use because my PC come with OEM Windows 7 and I upgrade to 8.1.

Here's what I would do:
  1. If you don't ever use Windows 7 again then delete the partition
  2. Shrink C partition to around 80~100GB
  3. Use the rest to store your personal data and keep Windows OS by itself on C to make it easy to backup/restore without worrying data loss.

Thank you very much. I deleted the partition.

I have backup for all my important personal data on a USB drive. I don't want to backup on another partition because a drive failure will destroy my whole "Disk 0" drive.
