I'm looking for advice on if I need to update drivers

Hey,
I am running a 4 year old home built PC. I'm a complete newbie at working on my PC. If I run into issues I generally just google search or accept it. However I thought I might give it my best effort to make my computer run at it's best. (I have other issues other than this but whatever)
I just did a clean install of Windows 8.1 on my SSD and I was wondering if I could get advice on important drivers and such, I have already been to AMD and updated those drivers.

I used TweakBit Driver updater to check for which drivers were out of date but not to update them (I don't trust third party driver installers) I guess I'm wondering if all of these are important or if I can rely on the information that this program gave me, or if I should even bother updating these drivers at all seeings as everything seems to be working 'fine'.

My Motherboard is: ASRock H61M/U3S3

Drivers USB.PNGDrivers other.PNG Cpu-Z.PNG and in case those images didn't work, Imgur

Why not go straight to the main man, the ASRock support site and download your drivers from there.

After doing that you can go to the various hardware component manufactuerers and possibly update the drivers for those components, but if things are working correctly it is not really necessary.

Driver updating applications, including MS updates sometimes gets your hardware wrong, sometimes older drivers are better than the latest ones. This has applied to every PC/Laptop I have had.

I went to the asrock site but I'm not sure where to download the correct drivers, or what the correct drivers are. Most of it just sounds like bloatware honestly.

I just did the same with my Asrock, I would start with the INF driver, that's the chipset.

Then the others, Intel Management Engine, Intel Rapid Storage, Realtek HD Audio.

Those were the main drivers I see available for your board here,

ASRock > H61M/U3S3

You will probably need to to use W7 drivers for the Atheros LAN driver and the ASMedia SATA3, ASMedia USB3.0 drivers since those aren't offered on the W8.1 page.

ASRock > H61M/U3S3

You don't mention your specs but I linked the 64bit drivers, if you don't have that just switch to the non 64bit pages.
